Hello all! I'm just back from Berlin and am already pining for Currywurst. Honestly, I think it's the best junk food I've had in my life. 
Even thinking about it is making me hungry.
Anyway, I quite fancy making some and I have been looking for recipes on the web. Unfortunately, there seem to be several hundred and I haven't a clue which, if any, will taste most authentic.
Do any of you know how to make good Currywurst? I would be very grateful if you could help because I'm afraid I'm seriously addicted.

But they sell curry ketchup here, which might be a major ingredient...

the "genuine Currywurst" will be an ever lasting discussion - so it is only up to your taste. Just try different sauces, and you'll find out sooner or later what tastes best for you.

Hmmm. Best junk food? It's a definite contender, I think!
There's a whole spectrum of quality though - a bad one can be absolutely dreadful!
