good table. much more useful.
Who answers to who? I think it would be you take orders from anyone 1 or more levels above you on your side or 2 levels up on the other side. maybe. except further down...they're... more than 2 sides/groups/divisions/squads. hm.

I suppose I should go ahead and make a divison 3 thread?

On another note the chart is missing "Jango Fet" (#5), Pandora (#7), and Shadow (#10).
and has a sublieutenant higher up than a lieutenant commander.

I just sketched out a plan for a rank system with the new changes. It even gets rid of NCO, althoand has Lieutenant instead of Sublieutenant(there's no reason to have only 4 or 5 times as many people as different ranks.) I for example would have 8 midshipmen under me, 4 lieutenants, 2 L. Commanders, 2 commanders, a 3iC captain, and a 2iC commodore.
It's just an idea.
I'm gonna table-ize that idea.
it has the Vice Admiral and Rear admirals on the same level.

Oh, Atari's missing too.
What's his rank anyway?

Few things to say here. You don't get stars fro the battle. you already been promoted for it.
Chains of command on teh table are vertical.
Making a new table is a promotinable offense. how every to get charged with this and sentenced to promotion the table must have clear chains of comamnd ... be colourful and the code must be very clearly commented to facilitate its dediting. The table must already be filled out AS CURRENT when u hand it in to be published.
The reason there was a rank above anotehr rank is that that rank was in charge of the squad, which was awarded for activity.
The current table (though the rows are hidden) is already desgined to hold 12 asssasins in each squad.
Now i will take a look at the table u made ...

Plain not nesseary to have 2ic and 3ic in there own line on the table ... in the current table there is provision to give those postiotns to anyone within your company. You just have to identify then, before it can be put on the table.
you don't put the heads of houses in cos ... they may not last ... and that can be anotehr table.
this is to spilt the squad into companys divisions and squads. for plans that will be revealed later
under your idea the majority of squad leaders are INACTIVE!
positoions in the current table are award for activity. (majority of them)
your table made something extremly beurocratic and top heavy ... with no one left at the bottom to command there are 8 layers to control groups of 2 ppl. of which many are inactive and so there is noone left to command.
you havn't followed what i said in my previous post ... but i didn't get a chance to say taht befroe u attempted this.
Your table would be sutible with a larger membership of the guild and 80% of its members active.

there's nothing wrong with the current table.
I mean, the new current table.
Do I need to make a division 3 thread?

The organogram indicates some form of hierarchical structure, do we not talk to other divisions, companies etc? Khamsin is for example head scientst, however his SIC(me) is in a different division.
The Fleet Admiral's Office
Wiro Posted Dec 30, 2003
that dosn't matter ... you can still maintain using operating procedure when not involved in and guild event where u are diliberatly told that you are acting as compnays divisons or squads

AK - fancy that! Posted Dec 30, 2003
But I just need to create a thread at first, called division 3, right?
I am an uninformed captain, see...
