Yes, it is The (very fixer-upper) place we're going to look at on Wimpy would probably fit where the garage is

My mobile home is smaller than the fixer-upper you're looking at, Amy. Luckily, I'm pretty small, too.

Well, hon, from your description, it's plenty big for 1 Our first apartment was just over 300 square feet--good thing we were newlyweds with nothing

I'll give it away to anyone who can give me enough money for it.
Enough money to buy a house like Shea's.

Well congratulations neighbor! When do we meet you half-way at Cedar Point! (haven't been there since little ellie was born, now she's might be tall enough for most of the rides)
I hope TJ enjoys lawn tactors when we had 5 acres that's how I spent most of my summer! Now I'm down to 1 acre of mowing 1 acre of woods a perfect balance.
Hope the new home brings you two lots of joy!
Here's some house-warming

I recommend a goat or two to cut out the mowing.
There's the bonus of goat's milk and making goat's cheese as well.

I have to say that I loathe goat's cheese as well.
I used to have a friend who kept goats and made her own cheese.
My ex-wife loved the stuff but it made me feel quite
Feta cheese though, that's something I do like.

Oh, please, don't talk about cheese...
Didn't get a chance to look at the pictures yet, Shea, but the house sounds huge. I hope you grow to love it!
