Blues Shark - For people who like this sort of thing, then this is just the sort of thing they'll like Posted Aug 16, 2005
Umm...future unclear. Our Autumn break isn't going to happen either (though we are going to Paris for the weekend of my 40th).
Maybe sometime next year, but don't hold us to it.

Whenever you like, Blues. Just really sorry you and SLG can't make it in March.
Meanwhile, there are now four confirmed people:
Teutcher and Mr T
Ben and Z
I know it's still quite early for most people to commit to a trip away for next March, but it would be interesting to keep track of the people who are still interested.

I am still interested, but it's hard to decide.

Potholer Posted Aug 18, 2005
I'm interested, but have no idea what my job sistuation may be by then (ie if I manage to get one), and so the time vs. money situation is as yet very uncertain.
Though I'm not much of a long-term planner for social events, it also transpires from a conversation last night that there may be some wedding-related activities for a friend of mine which I may not be allowed to avoid which are quite possibly the same weekend.
I'd love to pop over there sometime though. If not next March, then maybe some other time.

Okay, well I'll make up three lists:
1. interested
2. possible
3. confirmed
Just so I can keep track of everyone between now and then.

We're looking at flights, but Easyjet doesn't book that far in advance!!!
Will probably take the one flight to Malaga and drive, rather than 2 flights and an overnight at Gatwick...

I think the train from Málaga would be cheaper and less trouble than driving (considering there is no parking in the centre of Seville except for residents). The train is about 30 euros return and takes about 2 1/2 hours. From the airport in Málaga there is a bus that takes you straight to the train station.
You can check out Málaga-Seville train schedules here. Click on 'seleccionar trenes del trayecto inverso' to see the Seville-Málaga schedule.

Yes ma'am. Well, she is thinking about it and says it's far enough away that she *might* be able to make it. But of course she'd stay longer than just the weekend.
