I cried when I learnt that the brewery where I first drunk, was demolished I don't think they even put it on the market to sell, I'd have been very* tempted to buy it and now its gone I'll have to change my will as regards where my ashes end up

Who said we'd drink anything? just admire the building, and see the process of brewring..... purely as an educational thing, I assumed...

Weirdly, I've not seen the brewery yet, but it is the ideal size and we would have it to ourselves.
It's just over the border in Salford,and being a brewery it is cold and there's no food available. So it's got some downsides.
