Sounds like we can get on with planning for the 6th / 7th / 8th June then. With the main event on the 7th.
One request
I know announcements normally show the date of posting, but could the format for events in the future be changed to show the planned event date instead.
At the moment it reads as if we will be having a meet on Monday 16th December -2014 Which of course will actually be a Tuesday and probably will not get a lot of attendees.
