There's something seriously wrong about seeing Jim's name *not* in italics.
Very glad you're here Jim!
And everyone else

hi - back again after a loooong time - I used to be "jeminas" as I found out just now . To be honest, I can hardly remember what h2g2 was all about. I just remember happening upon the site in search of info on Halloween and all that for my English course.
But, yes, cheers - it's nice to be back..

names! As I type, ancient, dusty cogs and wheels are spinning into life, reviving ancient long forgotten memories and realighning long ago senile synapses within the deepest, darkest, (well nearly darkest), recessess of my internal information storage unit
Oh, as an aside, some of you keep saying you can't see your name on your post, or change it, and suchlike; this appears to be skin dependant (I'm in alabaster, you might be in goo or brunel or, err I think there was some other ones too...) In alabaster at least, where people in this thread have mentioned they can't see their name, I can* see it
Anybody fancy a bowl of mushroom leek and blue cheese risotto? I've made plenty

Well, the leek was beginning to get close to looking neglected so I thought I oughta use it up... and I ended up with more mushrooms than I intended... And, what with the amount of meat I ate yesterday, and the sauasages today for lunch, I thought another veggy meal would be good, and I'd done leek potato and stilton soup already once a few days back, so went for the risotto option Plus I can cook it without having to think too much
