Least Noel Edmonds is back on the telly, and still able to ask people how the feel about their box many, many times with a straight face. [Deal or no deal of UK Channel 4.]

Between the ropes and chains is it any wonder we were quiet? Honestly it took 2 legs half an hour to walk downstairs and get some chain lube, never new he was a tight rope walker!

The mention of opportunity knocks brought back memories of Tony Holland the musical muscle man, things were so simple then that the British public voted him the winner for six weeks in a row ffs!

On the subject of words having different meanings in different parts of the world I often wonder why spunk in the US is taken as gutsy while it has a completely different meaning in the UK. Terri has already quoted an excellent example of this, one other I loved recently was on Scrubs where Dr Kelso came out with the brilliant "I love a woman with spunk", had me rolling on the floor

Oh and from personal experience, never get off a non smoking flight to New York and say at the top of your voice in the queue for customs "God I could murder a fag!" can have serious consequences believe me.

You can get away with a pat on the fanny in the USA aswell.

BTW 2 Legs has currently left the hole and is resident on the stairs thanks to Mistress Aye Bee and her funny little ways. Plenty of room for more though even after installing the bar on the landing, we are currently redecorating for a new Channel 4 reality property show, "Stair Lift", it's due out next year!
