What's in Old Holborn that gives it that sweet, spicy smell that Golden Virginia doesn't have?

I did something very* right when Imade it this time too : tastes as good or better to me, than the really* expensive herb fancy bread I used to occasionally buy from a shop near here when Ihad the ... in fact it was so good Iadded another tub of the herbs, a pack of sessamy seeds and a new bag of the wholemeal flour to my grocery delivery for this tuesday not sure if its faxible... its quite a 'flat bread', but not* that* flat

I blame 2legs for black pudding, maranated in maple syrup, wrapped in steaky bacon, and deep fried in beer batter, with chili peppers, cocktail cherrys and teikila dressing and a bacon-mayo dip
