ooh, ooh, i know this one- spice girls the movie!! the single most tortourous one hour and a half of my existence! (that was when i was ten and dear god i do not wish to go there again *cringe*)
love actually *yuk* (emotional drivel that could give dawsons creek a run for its money)
big momma's house two (never make a sequel to an already crap movie)

I think it is one of the most funny and inventive films of the last couple of decades. Despite the fact that it has Andie "spit" McDowell in....

Of course, ordering a DVD from the UK would do me no good, as I'd have no way of playing it. But thanks for the link, anyway! I appreciate your checking its availability over there.
I'm sure I'll locate a copy sooner or later. I'm just not paying the $40 for the one at the local video store.

And it looks like I won't have to look much further, as the DVD will be released here in May. Yay! I'm glad flakey lady mentioned it, and Reddy Freddy mentioned that Amazon UK has it... I might've forgotten to look.

I went to see Chicken Little - thought it was hilarious!
also Walk the line, which i thought was well made and acted, a good laugh. I now know who Jonny cash is!

Yeah, I'll definitely be checking Walk the Line out this week - big Joaquin Phoenix fan. I would like to see A Cock and Bull Story too, but it's hardly on anywhere

Wow! I have a hard time imaging *anybody* who has never heard of - or heard - Johnny Cash. Nice to think this film (which I have yet to see) might make others interested in checking out his music.

Eek backlog
Oh well just posting that I saw "Casanova" today, *very* impressed with Sienna Miller (and thanking casting director it wasn't Keira Knightley) and hard to believe it was the same Heath Ledger who was in Brokeback.
What an enjoyable romp it was, a comedy of errors rather than debauchery & corruption, quite a few laugh-out-loud moments would definately recommend to all (take your Mum or your kids, there's not a bare bosum in sight)
There's a dialogue in it which will be quoted for years...
"Witchcraft!" (pointing at balloon)
"No, Sir, hot air rises so counteracting the forces of gravity..."
"Yes Sir, witchcraft"
