2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Mar 17, 2003
I'll not only vouch for it, but I will also jump up and down, on this chair, screaming Act four scene One from McBeth, untill the wall stops looking at me like that. Then the lampposts shall walk south for the summer, and reveal a strange parady of a midsummers dream, adn behold, the David Bowies, do all sway in the breeze, and for as such we shall build, and build, and create a most wonderous sandwich, such as the eyes of the universe has never seen!,
For they shall see it is a great and wonderous sandwich, and mothers, and fathers, and sons and daughters shall revere it, and be humbled in its presence.

OK, I'm game. Describe what you think the last person who posted looks like, or someone else if you'd prefer.
I can't do Marjin because I just checked his space to make sure he was who I thought he was and there's a piccie of him (and if it's not him, it's spooky because the dude looks exactly how I pictured him) so I'll do Master B;
In shape, about 5'10, about 12/13 stone, looking mid twenties, olivey complexion, no piercings or tats, short spiky but neat dark brown hair, wearing a nice shirt and fitted trousers but tatty shoes, farawy eyes and a nice smile if he didn't look so pi$$ed off all the time. How'd I do?

I tink I need to get some fresh air.
Perhaps a stroll outside.
Or I could just stand in front of an open window and drink

"5'10, about 12/13 stone"
Lost a lot of weight since Uni, but you'd be right this time last year.

Yup. I'm too pale to be olivey, and I haven't been abroad for years, but depite that I've still got quite a dark complexion.
"short spiky but neat dark brown hair"
Nah...no hair at all, when I can help it. At the minute I'm growing it nondescript short for a play. Sort of mousy colour.
"wearing a nice shirt and fitted trousers but tatty shoes"
Unlikely! I loathe buying clothes. Most of my wardrobe is cheap or second-hand from my fashion-conscious younger brother. Conversely, I have a very nice pair of brown suede boots, by far the most expensive clothing I own.
"farawy eyes and a nice smile if he didn't look so pi$$ed off all the time."
You'd better ask Bishop Odo about that bit...

Lovely eyes, a bit mixed in colour but “deep enough to drown in”, especially when he’s taken his glasses off. A nice smile and a wicked grin.
No one’s mentioned the goatee yet.

Of course, anyone with a U-number after 200,000 will be unable to remember my 'growing a beard' thread. That meandered on for a couple of months. Wonder if I can dig it out...

You notice when you construct an image of someone you haven't met the image is virtually always attractive? I gave this a name in the past - the MFI phenomenon (most favourable image). I've heard it said that if someone sounds attractive on the phone they usually aren't. Any experiences with this?

I am 40 years of age but only look 19.
I had to add female to my nickname as other researcers thought I was a man.
The only time men chat me up is when they are stone or extremely desperate.

my friend told me it is normal for people to self criticise. but just remember that what you see in yourself is not what the world sees. so no negative talk on this thread please kat. i am sure you are wonderful. in fact i picture you with long dark hair, innocent sparkly eyes. about 5'5 with a warm aura and soft voice.

I’d talked to Master B several times on the phone before I met him. He’s got a fairly deep voice, sounds rather nice. Admittedly I’d been sent a photo before I spoke to him but I’d been told it was an old one and that his general appearance had changed a fair bit since it had been taken, (and it has).
When we actually met, the body was as good as the voice, although I had been expecting someone slightly taller. So my experience has been very good.
