PH : Some bufoon who wants a gun.
Everyone knows it's more satisfying to play golf with the machine and a sledgehammer.

I´d love a gun. Especially one of those in Schwarzenegger movies that can shoot 2000 rounds from a 30 rounds magazine.
Megahate: even if I got one I´d have to find someone to make it convert my money on a 30 to 2000 basis.

Thanks, Pit. No, really. (Joke.)
I asked my mum to get ink for the printer and I hope she has. She knows where to get it. Offtopic, but ISEP is sorted. I just have to do the writing bit now...
PH: Sleeping the day away. I don't mind when I really need it but then you're up all night and it's horrible.

watch comando very closely
as he assaults the villa at the end he is carrying an M16 machine gun
he is behind the balustrade and has a little belt of ammo, he runs across the lawn and the belt gets longer, he climbs to the roof and its longer he runs along the roof and the belt is now wrapped around his arm

What's so *cool* about making little teeny-tiny bits of metal move fast? The Earth already moves about 15 miles per second. Guns? They are for the week.

Right, this might turn into a rant (and it's a bit more than a *pett* hate).
That mixture of sentimentality and ghoulishness that comes with the death of someone well known. Just recently, there was a very sad case where a woman was murdered on her honeymoon. Her father's a man who is pretty famous in this country. The family made a touching and very dignified appearance and spoke to the press - they didn't say it, but the message I took from it was "give us some space, and let us mourn in peace".
Now I've just got a phone call from some absolute moron inviting me to the funeral because he wants to go there "with a full car". I don't know the family, and they don't know me. Why on earth would I go? I told him to go and bloody catch himself on.
We've lost the ability as a society to get out of people's faces and leave them alone when it's the decent thing to do.

?PH?
Not petty!!!
Unsolicited phone calls. Had FOUR today.
One was asking me to change energy provider
One asking me to apply for a credit card
One recorded announcement with an American accent informing me that I had won a major prize
And one where the line went dead as soon as I answered it!!

Mala, live with it. It´s one of the things that make life nicer by triggering happy memories of the life you had before buying that carp.
