Hey TC! you have my sympathies - I did a year in Deutschland as an "Assistentin" and found the much vaunted hospitality to be somewhat lacking (except when the teachers wanted me to help them mark their homework).
Yuck. Makes me twitch just thinking about it. But never mind that, I'm back to the Home of the Already Gang! I've been visiting hootoo but briefly over the last couple of festive weeks, and just haven't had time to delve deep enough into the coversation list to dig it out (damn that ask h2g2 subscription!) So I come back and guess what? Whisky's in here complaining about us again - talk about deja vu...
