A dossie = group of young teens standing around doing nothing but smoking and pretending they're from the bronx.
A crew jumper = A dossie who stand nowhere near the bus stop then when the bus arrives barge to the front of the queue assuming they have a devine right to go on the bus first and accuse anyone who tries to stop them of being a queue jumper.

A straggleclump of buses.
This describes the clustering of four or more very late buses you get either near the end of the line where they are all dropping off and catch up to each other as they spend less and less time at each stop. Sometimes a straggleclump will be caused by a streetlevel railroad crossing, especially at rushhour.
