Chilly- 15°F/ -9°C (with windchill 4°F/ -16°), so I've finally needed to wear my pea jacket. Partly cloudy, not too windy, and no precipitation at the moment.

Ballynac Posted Dec 8, 2008
Hi from London on this wintry Monday morning. It's a dry day with a fairly thin layer of cloud that is slowly clearing to let the sun through. As it's December, the sun is very, very low in the sky. In fact, I couldn't even see it this morning because it's lower than the buildings.
It's chilly too, the current temperature is around 4c, with an expected high of 7c. That's a bit warmer than the last few days. It's frosty every morning too and the night time temperatures at the moment are low; around -5c.

Near Emneth, Norfolk.
Rain, and very light wind. Feels cold, but if the cloud cover continues there should be no frost. So no de-icing the car in morning. More time in bed I hope!
