Good morning from London. It's currently 10.30am on the 13th and it's bright and sunny and warm. It has clouded over a bit in the last hour or so, but I don't think it looks like we'll get the rain we've been promised all week. It's been pleasantly warm the last few days. Right now it's about 21c.

It has been so changeable here in Fife, one day its really warm, then the next day its more like November, cold and wet

No wonder I don't know what to do with myself, so I make the best of the good days and we take off for the day, just to get out of the house

Some sunshine early on in the day but it has clouded over with showers at tea time which lasted for 30 minutes. It has been dry since 16:45.

That is the thing about being ex R.N. that, and going without sleep, always made me wonder why they gave us bunks, coz we never saw much of them
