Anyway, hope you're OK. I had that once, I've forgotten the name for it. You have sort of zigzags in front of your eyes, in my case, my left side went numb for a short time and I was unable to read a telephone number to someone. I have read that this can happen when you have these fits, for example, you can't think of simple words for things. However, it only happened once, 5 or 6 years ago and hasn't recurred since. Does that sound like what you had?

There's a rough desription in the 'Is there an neurologist in the house' thread. Apparently one of the after effects was poorer grammar and spelling than usual.

You will find most nice, friendly girls at the local Library. Or in my wifes case, propping up a bar in a drunken stupor screaming obscenities at an invisible 6ft tall hamster.

Hey, I'm only trying to stay (relatively) dignified here, but I took Technical Drawing and Metalwork instead of Chivalry at school, so I have to try and work it out as I go along.
