Mr Cogito - that sounds like the same soup - maybe they changed the name for political correctness. But then why didn't they call it Congressional soup?

Hello,
Perhaps, or it could be two different soups...
Yours,

I don't know about the average candy bar having 8 insects' legs in it either....kind of like the rumors about what hot dogs actually contain...

I wonder what they did with the insect bodies?
Mr Cogito - believe it or not I have just found confirmation on the internet that Yankee soup and Senate soup are the same thing. I even found the recipe!

According to various news reports, the tea cosy injuries were mainly scaldings. Something of a disappointment, as these weren't directly caused by the cosies themselves, but the effect they have on handling tea. It would have been much better had they gone for the throat. Maul!

"1 in 4 million cans of coke have a rusty nail in them"
They say coke can derust metal. So I suppose that must be wrong if it is a rusty nail. I did once get a coke that was completely filled with water though.
About the insects bodies. It´s probably because insects land on the liquid chocolate. Their legs get stuck and when they try to get out they loose a leg or two.

Why are there insects in the chocolate factory? That should not be permitted. I know it's hard to stop them, but it must be a lot of insects if there are eight legs in each bar!

yeah...I think it would be impossible for me not to like it.
Beside, if we already swallow eight spiders in our sleep, what's a few more?
*tries to justify eating bugs she's usually afraid of*
Yeah....I still like chocolate.

I don't care as long as I don't know that I am eating bugs at the moment when I eat them or soon after. As long as I don't see myself eat a bug I really don't care, just don't tell me about it.

I got out of eating broccoli forever (which was a blessing) after I kept finding caterpillars in it.

trillianette Posted Jun 12, 2001
That's ok if there are caterpillars in brocolli, I don't have to eat it anyway. I've always hated it and the last time I ate it I threw up so my parents don't make me eat it anymore.
