Choices, choices..

Ooh, crunchy peanut butter, spread thickly on fresh toast!
Although I'm not supposed to have either...
Cadbury's or Rowntree's?
Choices, choices..
Pink Paisley Posted Nov 18, 2010
The REAL Dons. Franchise United got kncked out of the FA cup by Stevenage two days ago scuppering the chances of a Wimbledon v Franchise clash in the next round (all we need to do is to beat Ebbsfleet tonight to entertain Stevenage at home).
Anyway, back on subject.
New town or old town?
PP
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
Re MK Dons- they kept the "Dons" part as a nod to their heritage. I wonder why no-one knocks teams with the words Wednesday or Rovers in their names, since they play on other days of the week, and have a ground all to themselves. Ho hum.
Old town, I think, I like exploring all the old, forgotten parts.
Tangerine Dream, or Prefab Sprout?
Choices, choices..

"MK Dons- they kept the "Dons" part as a nod to their heritage."
In the early days the consortium that bought the franchise from the Norwegians also declared their intention not to change the name. Ahem. Club badge, colours, name and location all changed. Heritage? Call themselves The Dons by all means - MK is after all the home of the OU. And as a nod to their Heritage they gave us back the FA cup too. They don't even claim to have won anything before 2004. Not even the MK Dons pretend to have a heritage any more.
Now I have to go and sit in a darkened room for a while.
Tangerine Dream.
Pomelo or Ugli?

Moonhogg - Captain Coffee Break Posted Nov 18, 2010
Never having heard of T. D., I'd have to say Prefab Sprout...
, Frog, Alberquerquie
Okay, derailed train of thought...
Bugs Bunny or Mickey Mouse?
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
PP- no need to sit in a darkened room, thought the blinkers would be enough. League 2 Champions and JP Trophy winners is a fair start for any club. Granted, it'll take a while to build any proper 'heritage', but I do wish AFC fans would get off their high horses once in a while. I was there in '88 for the high, and there in 2000 for the relegation, and I am glad to see the town represented by a local team and for the name to carry on, wish them all the best. Nuff said. Friends?
Bugs Bunny- way the coolest of the cool.
Mince pie, or minced meat and onion pie?
Choices, choices..
Br Robyn Hoode - Navo - complete with theme tune Posted Nov 18, 2010
Minced beef and onion. I dont trust things called 'meat' generically!
five day week or four on - four off?
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
Could I compromise on a four day week? No?? Are you sure??
I used to work 4 on, 4 off when I worked as a chef. After a while you forget which day it is! I'd stick with a 5 day week, with an occasional extra day for good behaviour (aka holiday entitlement).
A plate full of ginger cake, or a room full of ginger-haired people?
Choices, choices..
Br Robyn Hoode - Navo - complete with theme tune Posted Nov 18, 2010
Oh my! Um...
That's really hard. My two favourite things are ginger cake and ginger people.
Can I compromise? Half a plate of ginger cake and one special ginger person?
Choices, choices..
Br Robyn Hoode - Navo - complete with theme tune Posted Nov 18, 2010
Oh, and if you do let me compromise, I will ask...
Dogs or cats?
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
So that's one gingerbread person then!! Wot a compromise!
Dog. I dislike cats intensely. (I dislike dogs, too, but less vehemently, but if in earshot of a cat I'd pretend to like dogs just to wind them up).
Underwear- something sexy yet uncomfortable, or something of a 'passion killer',yet snug?
Choices, choices..
Taff Agent of kaos Posted Nov 18, 2010
goats, they have horns to hang onto
Cilit or C4
Bang and the dirt is gone or BANG! and the house is gone??
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
I don't know what D&D and WoW are, but I'd be happy with the drink and the company.
Goat- be it milk or cheese.
Cox's Orange Pippin, or Granny Smith?
Choices, choices..
MonkeyS- all revved up with no place to go Posted Nov 18, 2010
Aha!!! In the circles I move in, WoW means 'width of wallet'- basically, can we screw any more money out of someone.
You have to give us some choices now, Br Hoode.
Choices, choices..
Br Robyn Hoode - Navo - complete with theme tune Posted Nov 18, 2010
my favourite apples are Fijis by the way.
