Hi.
I got here via the setting yourself on fire discussion. You people are . I'm on a "please take a sabbatical, NOW" from my job, and trying to have fun. Thanks for the fun.
Tits?
I'm impressed.

Lucinda, when I see the it puts me in mind of people trying to stop their governments' misplaced revenge against Afghanistan. But yeah, I mailed the petition to Bush House. Some day I'm going to print a hard copy of all the signatures in each of those discussion threads and mail it to Bush House (around 100+? haven't counted lately), since paper apparently carries more weight than electronic signatures.

Lucinda,
I'm here to give you more work. Typo. Their account here was under the name aRPeggio, not aPReggio. And they never got the benefit of a one-month suspension, having gone right from the one-week suspension to the lifetime ban.
Thanks for adding them.
Quincy,
Never mind. Can't talk to you. I'm a civil servant, of the bureaucratic variety. Hey, it's better than being a surly servant.

Surly, you jest!

(Hey! Someone had to say it. I just wanted to be first.)

Speaking of jesting... only they weren't, my personal space was moderated, and you all seem to know the score on what that's all about. In the email it only said "might be offensive to some readers" which is kinda open-ended. My being a coroner could be offensive. My being a Jew could be. My being a New Yorker could be. My being divorced could be. Who knows?
I asked. Do they tell you if you ask?

Hmmm. I seem to collect all the winged bits... I did sign the petition. Actually, before you did, Lucinda. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F66559?thread=111464&skip=0&show=20) So don't you

I agree, if you think this mob here is now, just wait and see
Yep, the Italics usually tell you why they failed a page. Maybe you added work-related links/pictures?

PS: Ah, Qunicy, at yyour Uspace it reads in relation to the modding of your page "Evidently, the error is mine. Sorry!"
Sorry, but wrong. You can be confident that the Mods are wrong often enough.

They tell you why you've been moderated, if you ask.
Sometimes, the reason leaves you , but they do tell.
Almost Always.
Usually.
Sometimes.

Hi all,
They decided that the Moderators failing the page for the sentence "I hate doctors" was a "little harsh", so they said to just go and re-post it. Since I was married to a doctor for more than 25 years, and have an M.D. of my very own, I thought it was okay to say that. That's the closest smiley to a shrug. Anyways, the page is back up, and in their markup language and those footnotes are fun!.
Thanks for the advice, all you tits.
Quincy
