Deidzoeb isn't alone in /not/ wanting to campaign for LeKZ to be re-admitted to h2g2 - at least not for some period of time. And since it's my club (dangit!) I feel this should hold some sway...

I've never considered the SBVM to be an auto-apologia for LeKZ or anyone else (except maybe ourselves ) But I do think we are together because of our inclination to abhor what we consider to be injustice and pettiness when we encounter it (we think).

Which is why - to me - 'Thorn In Their Sides' is so whacking brilliant.

Perhaps the PTB are the ball of sting and we the kittens?

I considered asking Lucinda to remove me from the SBVM page last week, when it looked as if the group was becoming the rump of the FoLKZ.

My opinion about LeKZ is irrelevent. Let's just say that she has made it abundantly clear that she does not regard me as a friend, or if she does, god help all who are.

And of course, she is entitled to feel that way.

Allow me to wander out on this limb - or is it a plank? - again and say that, IMO, *anyone's* opinion of LeKZ is irrelevant to membership/participation in in the SBVM, anymore than our personal opinions of Colonel Sellers, NBY, HVL and others who have run afoul of the Italics. I believe it's the issues and not the persons that we respond to here. If I have suggested anything to the contrary, it was sloppy and unintended. (There's certainly enough LeKZ/LeKZ-wannabe related discourse continually popping up all over elsewhere for anyone who's interested.)

Of course, it's ultimately up to Lucinda...
