I'm from Oklahoma; can I join in the fun here?

broelan Posted Jan 14, 2002
you can join the fun anywhere you want, josh!
oddly enough tho, okie is part of the southeast group....
(yeah, i haven't figured that out yet, either )
but! please feel free to join in here, too. i can add you to the page as an 'honorary' if you like (if you don't mind our honorary designation, that is ). that's also dependent on when i get the time to do an update, which i thought would be today but i didn't.

Okay! "Honorary" is better than I usually do.

this calls for an emergency home session
i will make an effort to fire up the home 'puter tomorrow night or friday! i promise
so, what part of okie are you in, josh?

Hi, guys
I am not *from* the northwest (in fact, I am German), and I am only living here (Minnesota) temporarily. But if you would let me into the official Midwest Researcher's list... well, that would be cool. I might even prmoise to write something or other.

Well, thanks
Now, to make me(?) even more intriguing, may I make some suggestions as to future MN articles. Like, *How to survive MN boredom - a Guide for Foreigners* or *Minnesota Germanness* (Germanity???). Or here comes my favorite: *How to Avoid Lutefisk and Why*.

Good question. Not going to promise that I'd show up, mind you, but it'd be fun.

Oooh, I hope that's not contageous?
Erm, no wait, I get it. You're just saying that to distract us from your *real* self. Clever, but we gotcha anyways.
