Well, there's a lovely bar in the Collapsed Ruins of the Strand Underpass that's right near the ocean ... we have an official bartender, who's currently AWOL ... and there's a bar in the Boardroom of Evil, Plotting and General Mayhem (not that I go in there much) ... but I don't see why not! If we're going to be the official bar, we'll have to diversify the drinks selection ...
