Maybe it's because you're not in the UK or you might have accepted the Beeb House Rules on another board or through the iPlayer or some such?

Ed, some of us have found that our accounts have been duplicated. It's happened to 3 of my extra accounts, so I can't access the original account but go to a brand new one instead. Is that what's happened to you? The Eds are aware of the problem, but you might want to email them so they know there's another one. I'd suggest not trying to fix it yourself in case until they find out what's going on. I deleted one of the new accounts and now I can't access that log in name at all.
