Mother of God, Empress of the Universe

The early evening sun is backlighting some clouds to the west. This is one of my favorite times of day, as the palm trees are very green with golden edges on all the fronds. The hibiscus shrubs behind my place have red and fuchsia flowers and my tabasco plant right outside the window has loads of red and yellow peppers ripening on it. Everything is moving with the breeze.

Just noticed that I really need to clean my windows, though. smiley - towel

Ooh - that makes me jealous. All I see is my reflection in the dark glass.

Oh, latest update - Mike over the road has just come home and is parking his car.

Lady in a tree

It is dark and I will not look out of the window when it's dark if poss. Just one of those things that give me the creeps - too many scary movies when I was a kid! I stupidly told a *friend* about my "fear" and they played a rotten trick on me about 6 months later. It involved someone shouting my name down in the street so I looked out to see who it was and there was my *friend* on a ladder outside my 1st floor window with his face pressed against the glass. It took about 2 hours for my smiley - love rate to get back to normalsmiley - cross

So my answer would be... closed blinds

A very damp and overcastr business park. One of those days when the sky is a continuous grey sheet from horizon to horizon.

Made even worse as we have polarised window coverings so it looks *really* depressing out there. And it's friday morning (9:15am) hurry up bank holiday weekend.
