I shouldn't bother with the infomercials, kea, unless you enjoy the sound of ideas whizzing over your head. Why not try the test card instead?

I tried the test card already. After the last day's worth of your postings it was incrediby fascinating.
Don't worry though and keep practicing. Sometime this year you'll proably get to post at least one thing that is relevant.

Have you considered reconstructive surgery for *that*? Trust me, they've made great advances in the last few years.

I'm surprised to see you recommending reconstructive surgery considering the obvious botch-up they've made of your face.

There's no bodge-up with my face.
Once they've corrected your sight with lasers you'll be able to see so yourself.
What am I saying? Lasers? You'd need nuclear fallout to correct your boss-eyed vision.

There's nothing wrong with my eyesight. In fact I can see quite clearly why you would need to insist that people can't see well, as an attempt to deny the true horrendousness of what you walk around with each day.
There is a cure for denial. Shouldn't you see a therapist?

Hi okay
Read post 1 of this thread F19585?thread=197502 (It always pays to read the first page or two of a thread even if you can't manage the whole backlog)
Also, if you want something cheery about h2 read this thread: F19585?thread=376427
There are alot of places on h2 that are conflict free. Just be discerning about the threads you are in.
I've just had a look at your Personal Space and see that you haven't had a welcome by an ACE. I'll send one your way, as they give lots of links to places to check out on h2.
Its a BIG site, so don't worry if you've seen some dissing so far. There's been a particularly large conflict on the site lately, but it's not always like this and by no means are the majority of researchers involved in it.
There's also sporadic flaring of tempers and arguments, but hey that's just like life. This site also tends to get alot of intense discussion and debate, and some of those conversations can get heated.
There's lots of other things going on here too though so

*wonders if okay's post was a subtle and underhanded attempt at an insult while trying to appear indignant*
normal, you might want to be _very_ careful turning up in this thread with a username like that.
*still waiting for a reply from Freddy, but perhaps he's gone to see this analyst*

I was just joining in for the fun of it - reminds me so much of work.
But aside - trust me I am not a offence giving person so fun to let loose occasionally.

Ok, Flamestrike, you've been at h2g2 for less than a month so please enlighten us on how this community reminds you of your work at the sewage plants. Other than the fact that you are around, I mean ... or the eye-watering smell that you are carrying with you.
I can also imagine who lets you ?loose occasionally?. It?s those hunters with these big rifles always looking for a weird head to put up over their fireplace, no?
Oh, and if this thread reminds you so much of work, why don?t you just off as you usually do when there?s work to be done?

At least I've got some teeth and I know who my mother is. Unlike you who seem to be dribbling through your gums as we speak.
