Awww, you're so considerate.
BTW how do you pronounce Xanatic - to rhyme with fanatic? Or accent on the first syllable?

Wampus Posted Jun 26, 2002
Well, people tell me that I'm a nice friendly guy, but I'll bet that does no one on H2G2 any good.
I agree with the post that wonders what one would do with such a guy once one found one here.

Well, I'm not looking for a particularly nice guy...had one of those, won't see his like again, anyway.
Besides, I'm not all that nice as I get older!

(wonder where this thread has been all this time? Are the women of hootoo no longer looking any more?)

Well it did seem like the women on the other nfg thread were getting paired up. Of and on anyway.
I was found by an nfg, sort of but I don't know when I'll be able to actually see him.

agh! That's horrific! Now I'm a charity case! For the record, I make nice boys cry!
But then that's not news to all of you jaded nice guys.
I met a hot guy last night who is 29, and convincing himself that the reason he's single is because the only thing women want is money, and he doesn't have any. We had an interesting debate, since I care more about several things than I do about money. I thought he was being unfair. And I felt sorry for him because he's been screwed over. Needless to say, we won't be seeing each other romantically.
Self-sabotage or just common sense? The jury's still out.
Thanks Xan. Ahhh, if only you lived on this side of the world...

The Doc Posted Jul 14, 2005
Good Morning girls
The Doctor here, early 40's, just outside the Western half of the M25, nice , very friendly, all my mates are women and I happen to have a wicked mind...........and sense of unhinged humour. Never chatted anyone up (just get tongue tied), all my previous relationships started after being friends first. Do I qualify or is the age thing a real issue?

G'day nice friendly guys and there don't seem to be many of you out here. You're right Xan (or was it someone else) this thread is not v popular. Perhaps time to start the wicked friendly guy thread - she asks wondering as her last thread went down the gurgler...

what do girls do with nfgs?? hehe.
well several things actually...
a) Check that they're single
b) Check that they are over any ex
c) Check that they reciprocate our feelings
Once all three boxes are checked, well...we tend to keep them to ourselves. Such men are rare finds indeed....
