Sorry...I remain a Hoovernostic.
I've searched the sciptures and have only found one qoute from the "Almighty" Nighthoover.
"i want 2 cancel this account what 2 do"(sayeth the Nighthoover...entry #1...and only)
I maintain that any member of hootoo could have created the site, therefore it is not proven that the Nighthoover actually exists as an individual. He/she could just as well be the figment of some Researchers' imagination.
This "Bible" of yours is rather brief and its' sciptures sketchy, at best.
But I must remain respectful of your beliefs. Live as you wish to live.
With best wishes.....

Forget ye not post numbered 9.
And I quote: "so i got stuck here"
Thus spake nighthoover on 26 september, 2001 hereby known as "The Day After".
As far as dieties lacking proof how does this differ from any other god. I don't see Allah or JHVH or even Wotan for that matter coming down here and holding press conferences.

Because nobody would read The long dark Teatime of the Soul as scripture...

I hold it to be the word of Nighthoover in writing.

Count Zero...my inability to properly research before speaking is well documented. Actually, after you qoated the second(and shall I say, final)verse, I remembered it.
"As far as dieties lacking proof....". I think thats my point.
Actually, I must appologize to all you "Hooverites". I have never "Unsubscribed" to this thread mostly out of curiosity. I had to see how long it would last. I must say I'm impressed.
You folks have pulled a "Sienfeld". In reverse. You took nothing and turned it into a major something.....and I had to come in a aggravate.
Ya'll keep up the good work, and keep them Hoovers humming, for who knows?
Someday he/she may actually return! (And wouldn't they be surprised!)

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Nov 16, 2006
You know... I do sometimes look at the date nh posted here.... and then realise how long ago that was.... and realise I've been posting on this thread for five years... and then I begin to think... five years... I could have written a novel... maybe even two or three,... become a rock star, released a couple of albums, found time to have a drug problem gone in and out of rehab a few times and probably just about got ready to host my own reality TV show... I could have walked around the world, or sailed, or done it on unicycle round the world... but you know... Even though it might hen seem appropirate to say or complain of the 'wasted years', somehow... just somwhow this thread is more worthwhile.. Fore unto the night as we now are do we revere the time holy hoover hath stated, and into that time our parths cross and diverge, and render astride and apart as un one, throughout all the night united as one lettuce spry

Every day I think Every day I spy every day I think what a crack-pot am I
Every time I listen, every time I hear, the voices in my head give me the message clear,
Outsaine or insane its what we expect, manic thriley and mhriley sanity lacks respect

2 Legs.....your time is not wasted(good poetry, by the way). It has been spent in pursuit of honest truth.
It is not that those who have languished in this place have passed on their better callings in this world. They have only spent a moment of their given time, in this existance, in the service of their fellow man.
And is that not the duty of every one of us....to seek the truth and share among those who do not, or will not, see?
Me, I'm just deaf and blind.....and irresponsible.
But, I play fairly decent pinball!

bunnyfrog will never die Posted Nov 20, 2006
Alright, alright, break it up. Which nitwit restarted the thread? You were doing so well! At least the entire of October went by without a murmur, but noooo, you had to begin pandering once more to the whims of a misbegotten set of scriptures laid out by...oh I cant be bothered, you are hardly worth the effort of being told again. Honestly you are all like children, tell them to do something and they go out of their way to go against it. Eventually.
QUIT! QUIT NOW!
(Fairly Strange, I think I may love you )

Nighthoover leads me into danger,
Lo, but he leads me out again
Nighthoover presents great trials in front of me
Lo, but only if I can deal with them
Nighthoover pushes me to be better than I can be
Lo, but he makes us stronger
Lettuce pray

Very nice poetry I must say.
But heavily misapplied.
Nighthoover is not an object for poetry.
He's just some guy you know?

I was just poodling along different threads to see whats what and i find this one.....i mean this one.
OH MY GOD, this is the shrine thread that is Nighthoover, all this Hoovermania started from here.
It sent a shiver down my spine that i had, by chance, found it.
I even thought of giving Time Team a ring to tell them what i dug up
I also realised, after reading some of the blog, that 2legs is totally insane........
