Yes, that's right, Neil Armstrong actually said "That's a small step for man, a giant leap for all mankind"

He fluffed his lines. What he meant to say is "... for a man ..." but what he actually said is just contradictory. NASA later tried to suggest that he actually said " ... for a man ..." but that the "a" was inaudible because of static, but later analysis of the recording showed that there was no gap in his phrase "for man" and Armstrong later admitted he got it wrong.

This is an incorrect use of "majority", a word which should be used only with countable nouns, to mean "the greater number", as in, for example, "the majority of cases".

Usages such as "I spent the majority of the day reading" or "I ate the majority of the meal" are not good standard English.

If I was subbing I would change it to "Most of the content on h2g2 ..." , which is shorter, quite clear, and better English.

BBC English, anyone?
