i think he might have meant that out of character ... you never know when soembody doesn't use the proper tags ...
[Gandark] Logging camp? Probably several days upstream at least ... Look, let's try burning the bottom out of thie tree
*Casts Comet on bottom of Tree*
It starts damaging the tree.
[Gandark] have your chain ready to make it fall across the stream!

that is to say ... you're moving out of the way and then speeding up time for yourself until the tree is down? Because Time Mages aren't supposed to actually /travel through time/ they are supposed to be able to regulate the /flow of time/. So, you can do things like bullet-time from the Matrix with Time Mage abilities ... and you can even do limited time travel sometimes but with DM approval. Free unregulated time travel presents /way/ too many loopholes for loose cannons. Any luck on finding some new warrior players?

[Sharp]: *flings out one hand and casts chains to have a chain wrap around the base of the loosened tree (to guide it in one direction), then casts chains again with another arm to have one against the side... for the falling tree to lean against.*

My mom has ruled in a moral ethic./ethnical dictum on the Quintessentialness of morality(/ how to live one's life under her roof, etc.) that I am now only allowed 2-3 hr.s of computer time a day, from 7-ish P.M. or where ever in the evening (for that is the 'designated slot' that she 'chooses' til then... in my own time zone (Where as I am posting this it is about 9:42 P.M. ) and will hear none of otherwise... because even my Magician's Guild lunkhead of a character Ecg, pales in comparison to how stubborn she is. I'm screwed, just because she won't hear anything of any sort -of otherwise. Goodbye... T'were nice 'knowing' you all.... .

: Oh, that's real mature-you-guys... In the middle of the Christmas/winter solstice season too. They don't tell you about what more druidic influenced people like Father Christmas do to the naughty children... I think that's because it muct be like some sort of hex or a curse ... or something so bad, that nobody ever gets heard from again... quite the same way. ...(Dun, dun-dun!) He checks their wyrd... to see if they've been bad or good (maybe).

"I bet this sort of fast moving stream might be great for trout or salmon fishing... if anyone in this party remembered to bring a map,- ought to put a circle around here."
*roughs out a crude map... w/ large geographic landmarks as directional reference points.*

Don't do that again, Sharp, or I will be forced to remove you from the burden of your life.

um, sure OK I guess. Your character's personality, manners and mode of speech is basically up to you, (and the site rules of course) it's the /abilities/ that I'm worried about lol
Across the river, a path has been cut through the timber leading further west. The tree/bridge doesn't look like it will last long, it's beginning to roll downstream.
