*steps off the ride onto the jetty, drops her backpack, extracts the towel and proceeds to dry off*
Nice water ride at the end. But I was just getting into the bumper cars myself, Caer! Maybe we can come back and take the ride again later...
*finishes drying off and follows the others*

Yeah, right..."returned to his former seat", indeed. The bots just plunked me on my butt in the cab o' the passenger car.
Well, I guess that was returning me to my "seat", wasn't it?
And they DID get me outta the way of any further collisions...
(B4 rises from the floor of the cab, dusts off his trenchcoat and checks to see his satchel is still in good order, flips an errant strand of hair out of his eyes, then opens the door of the cable car. He steps carefully to the rustic wooden wharf, tests its solidity, then turns and holds the door for the rest of the occupants to exit.)
Ladies...and Pansy...may I lend a hand for the disembarkation?
(He holds his arm out in a gentlemanly fashion, to steady any passenger who steps forth.)

Purr in Boots Posted May 2, 2003
**Purr gathers himself up from behind Thistle Howl's seat and stretches as only a cat can, working all the kinks out from stem to stern. He quickly surveys the scene, realizes the Cast has moved on to the next waypoint, and decides to join suit. He pops the hatch on the gondola's cab and steps confidently onto the wooden jetty.**
[Purr] Thisstle. Carre to ffollow the rrest of the Casst to the Gingerrbread Cottage? Herre, come on out of therre...
**Holding the door open for Thistle, Purr's eyes glance up to the next car against the pier. He notices the haggard gentleman in the trenchcoat and does a double-take.**
[Purr] (squinting his slitted eyes) Yeou look familiarr... Don't Ai know yeou? Fancy rruning into yeou herre!

No, fancy running into you 'there'. (jibes B4, pointing back toward the waterfall and the mirrored room)
How's yer head, cat? 'Cause I know my stomach's still recoverin' from the impact... Hey, watch out fer your passenger there, dude!

Mary and her full-grown <sheep> Posted May 2, 2003
*Mary pushes the soggy sheep out of the door onto the jetty, which allows her to take the first deep breath she's had since squeezing into the car.*
Well! That was quite an experience.
*Mary gets out of the car, then shakes all over to dry herself off. She immediately looks embarassed as she realizes that that is not the conventional way for young ladies to dry themselves. She glances around, hoping no one noticed.*
<-- nonchalantly tries to block the car door so that the Stranger can't get out.

Cinders Posted May 2, 2003
*hastily runs after the others*
That was great fun! I was pretending that all the cars we crashed into held my Stepsisters.

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted May 3, 2003
*staggers slightly as she follows Amy* I haven't got my legs back yet. A cup of tea would be just brilliant.

Thistle Howl - a frighteningly cute Critter of the Night Posted May 4, 2003
*follows Purr, but steals a glance back towards the bumper cars track.*
Why did it have to end so soon? We were kicking major butt!

Pansy Ffing Posted May 4, 2003
*Pansy has been curled up in a ball at the bottom of the car for some time, but now that all seems still again she decided to emerge from hiding. She stands up in the car. She is looking decidedly dishevelled with her hair leaning at a peculiar angle. her make up smudged, one shoe missing and the ski suit torn in places, revealing a hint that she has another costume on underneath.*
Mr B4, thank you for you offer of help but I can manage by myself you know.
*Pansy trips up and falls out of the car, landing in a heap*
It's all that bumbing and grinding. It plays havoc with a girl's sense of balance. I feel like I've been turned inside out. I do hope there's somewhere I can freshen up. I must look my best.
*Pansy staggers off, following the others*

The Ugly (but rather big) Duckling Posted May 5, 2003
*having missed most of the fun(?) ride having spent most of it on the floor after having toppled down from the control board*
*cheers up considerately at the sounds of splashing water*
Quack! QUACK!
*decides to try the wing thing he saw the big bird do earlier*
*a flapping sound is heard from one of the gondolas*

Mysterious Stranger Posted May 5, 2003
*decisevely plants a firm shoe sole on the rear end of the and gives it a good push*
If you don't get out of my way -
- Mary will leave without you!

Garius Lupus Posted May 5, 2003
*A green parrot flys up to Lil*
Pierrot: Aaaaaaaaawwwwwwkkkk! Did someone mention mbougatses?

Three Blind Mice Posted May 5, 2003
*the three blind mice leap from gondola-car to the jetty as soon as it bobs close enough, and scamper on to dry land, where they halt to wash their whiskers, straighten their fedoras and adjust their dark glasses*
1: We'll not be doing THAT again soon!
2: Flying is unnatural for mice.
3: Oh, I don't know.
All:
Panto, Panto, how amazing!
Here we are, so many days-ing
Since we left the theatre stage,
Abandoned script upon the page.
Panto, Panto, here we go!
Safe and dry and soon to know
Where they hid the final prize,
And where the final curtain lies.
*they follow the rest of the cast toward the crossroads*

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted May 6, 2003
*climbs out of the gondola, somewhat stiffly*
*turns around and tries to pry Ripley loose*
Come on, little one - the fun ride is over... *pulls*

[Purr] It is good that yeou enjoyed yeourself, Thisstle, yet it's time to move on to the next adventurre. Let's look forrwarrd to what excitement the next Act has to offerr...
**He pats her on the head, sending her fancy bow askew, so he deftly readjusts it with a couple of tiny pulls and a fluff.**
[Purr] Ai am glad we arre on the path back to the GingerrBread Cottage--the place ourr Panto began--as Ai have need of one of its facilities...

Witty Moniker Posted May 6, 2003
