hmmm, who is to say that once they have the cake they will stick to the deal? it smells vogon to me. tell them they just have to elect a different leader then hand over their current one or no cake.

We could give them the cake for bait, then offer them currency or something if they fulfil the deal. Maybe we should think about all those poor vorlons too...

Nice name. Maybe I should make a bar and have it in terrania and we could go there. Also to help aliances I will be glad to hire any Vogons that want a job. I will pay anything you want as long as it isnt outragous.
