oH I like a bit of wind - especially near rivers, as you can stand sideways to the wind looking out over the water, and have damp tendrils of hair billow across your face to give that downtrodden Les MIserables kind of look.... .....
Incidentally, am I the only person tonight who cant lod any web based email pages? yahoo, lycos, care2, netscape, and indeed icq are all incommincado to my computer, yet h2g2 lives on... whats happening?

Weather was/is too warm, rain, is, was, not wet enough, wind was, is, not blowing in the correct direction, and the bobbly pavement lives on.
