A Conversation for The Official h2g2 Winter 2002 Party

Hi Andy
Parking in London is always possible, but very expensive. It can cost well over £30 a day to park in Central London. It may be better to park somewhere in suburban London and take the tube from there. Otherwise you might consider just getting the train into London; that way you'll be able to drink in the evening too!
Further details will be available when we've booked the venue. We're looking now. We aim to finalise plans towards the end of November.

We'll confirm the start time of the evening event later Katsy, but I expect about 6.30-7.00pm.
By all means bring non-h2g2 friends with you. It's a really good idea for *all* of our younger Researchers to bring someone along with them, it's safer than wandering around in London on your own.

Why do I have to post a message to read the latest ones? If I don't, then I can only see last weeks messages.

Yes I am. January is my favourite time of year in England, soooooo cold. Besides, the flights are so cheap then it would be a crime to miss out.
