Well, should we Parlez with the PTB, and ask them to be a little laissez-faire with moderation. I think it would be rather bad if they used carte-blanche to moderate, especially where foreign words are used.
I mean, if I go on holiday with my caravan, with friends, and form a Posse down the M5, before stopping for an A la Carte dinner, then will I get moderated?
Maybe it will be me, the thingites et al!

As I've already said, I don't see how TPTB can unanimously declare that any particular kind of content "is very likely to be removed" (or whatever the phrase used was) without reverting to automatic post-moderation.

Otherwise, we're safe as long as nobody comes along and challenges us (with the Yikes button) - and whatever the policy, I think the mods would soon get tired of dealing with some vigilante flagging everything with a whiff of foreignness if there was no reason to think it had broken any other rule. There are rules against overuse of the Yikes system, after all...

Not non-English, but Unenglish.

I wonder if you could produce that particular nuance in a different language?

Ferrettbadger. The Renegade Master

Does that mean then that we can type in any unintelligable dialect provided it is based on English?

No.

UnEnglish is a *lot* worse than merely non-English.
