smiley - sadface Well it took a bit of time logging on, but I got here. There's a great green bar cluttering up the top of the goo pages and the conversation info is a bit more clutter as well. Oh well, perhaps we'll get used to it.

I just went through the whole process in a couple of minutes.

I wish I could get rid of that ghastly bar across the top of my goo saying 'hello' to a sign-on name that I have NEVER used as my name on h2g2 or anywhere else. Couldn't we have a 'Hide this utterly pointless monstrous carbuncle' button?

The negative numbers should probably go away after a while and seem to be an artifact of threads started before the upgrade which won't have the full data filled in yet.

After many attempts, i finally managed to login again. However many of my other friends on the digibox cannot get past "step 2". Is this likely to be a permanent situation, or is this "teething problems"?

Hi Venus, I'm having trouble at the moment although I successfully migrated two accounts earlier on today. I think the system is just overwhelmed this evening.

Probably semi-permanent. With a digibox it's possibly not just a transient failure of SSO, but also a case of the javascript not agreeing with it.

I would test it to try to find out, but I keep getting errors on trying to migrate my other accounts, so I can't see that page just now. smiley - erm
