I think it's because Z is naturally empathetic, which is one of the things which makes him a good doctor.
There is a certain amount of shutter-lag with the camera on my phone, and you both looked perfectly normal when I clicked the button, but I think what happened was you leaned over to get the Citron Peppar out of your bag, and Z unconsciously mirrored your body language. It was entirely unconscious on both your parts, but fascinating to watch.
