Interesting .... and more than a little confusing

I had you last in the forecastle, and have told others that you are there. Just saw that you posted to the on deck thread. It probably makes sense for you to post in the forecastle thread - you can read everything there from your last post. We'll hope no one noticed your on deck post, or at least that no one responds.

You might be right. Someone came into the forecastle and asked who was there. I looked back through the thread and found you there, securing stuff in your chest. I didn't see a post where you left, so I assumed you were still there. And so I told the people there that you were there. Now, Gillings is talking to you, so I guess you should be there. Sorry if I mixed it up.

Btw, I'm not sure Gillings knows that the chests have been ransacked and things put in his chest - he may just be reacting to the post where you take something from his chest and put it in yours. I just posted an explanation to his private thread (which I probably should have done earlier.)

Have read the files. Interesting character, this Martens. He's about to get even more interesting.

And the beauty of it is, the Soulstone is right there! Oh, if only this chainsaw was as good a weapon as it should be....

You sense that somehow the soulstone is now in Lorenzen's possession. He must have stolen it somehow when Sarah was giving him a drink.

In the special abilities section for Gillings/Yclept are some spells that require little or no ritual. I think you could probably still use those even bound and gagged.
