Theres been some more news on my friend jackie. In the confusion of the early hours of this morning her mum forgot to ask her where she was staying. Her mum has rung camp america where she was working and they THINK they know where she is. Although she is o.k this has sent her mum into another panic in case anything else happens and she will not be able to fly out of the U.S until everything has calmed down

Hi light, The news today doesn`t seem any better than yesterday.
The radio just reported `unconfirmed` that eight (8) planes were highjacked yesterday
and five shot down before reaching their targets. Have you heard these reports? Seems difficult to believe.

Still stunned here. I dread to think what the next few days are going to bring.
Watching the news just increases the bad feeling I am getting. But if I don't keep in touch with what's going on, the feeling is even worse.

News broadcast on station in London. Don`t know where they got that info.
Nothing on the internet about it. Everyone here in London/England is appalled by
such barbarous acts , and a callous disregard for human life.
