Maybe I should just say that The Society For Ignored Musicians has set up camp on this posting.....reply to this posting to join in the protest, if you feel that leaving it this long to join us up is disgusting....

But, dear Rat, this is the best place for it.
It's been running all this time, it just hasn't been official until now.

Lifson Kofie Posted Dec 19, 2001
I play the Trombone and the Bass Trombone reasonably well. I also play the Trumpet, cornet, baritone horn, euphonium, and tuba not /too/ badly.
My favorite bands are Motorhead, Hawkwind, and Blur (spot the odd one out!).
There's nothing I particularly need from the Musician's guild, but some gigs would be nice!!!
My current CV includes...
Eastbourne Salvation Army Brass Band,
Eastbourne Salvation Army Young Peoples Brass Band,
East Sussex Wind Orchestra, (New York, Boston, Conneticut - Nov '02!)
East Sussex Youth Orchestra, (Ghent Festival - July '02!)
Goffwood's Dream Orchestra, ( Seaford Rugby Club '01)
Eastbourne Youth Concert Band,
Can I join please?

I also sing and published some mp3s on my website, some incorporated into Flash ( .swf ) files for streaming.
Favourite artists
Roy & Nick Harper, Loudon Wainwright III, Captain Beefheart
I'd like some tips on songwriting, like mostly how to get around to doing it.

Mo Power (Itching Cucumber, Lord of Nonsense elect) Posted Dec 21, 2001
1. I play the drums in 1-2 rock bands, and some guitar too.
2. No favourite Composer or Group; I must like the music when I hear it, thats what counts to me...
3. No, not really.
