Look what I found. We had 5 coconuts yesterday - except I opened one and used the milk and coconut. So now we have 6. They keep well. Let's open one or two of yesterday's - to get a drink and some breakfast.
I made a mess of the one I opened. Try and be careful with these. If we open them carefully, we'll have 4 half-shells that we can use for carrying and holding things in.
There's some "fresh" water in my boots. Well - if you've got a better idea, now would be the time. Are we all feeling better? Anyone still poorly?

Kes borrows that silk scarf and cuddles up to it, trying to think of his homely warm little bed, and his comfy flannelette pyjamas, but his feet are sore from carrying water down the hill - bootless*
My mum would have sung me to sleep. My mum says a good song soothes the nerves, and a good night's sleep ..

the same wind that blew down the coconuts has gotten a breather and decided to double back on itself. twice as strong.*

*within an hour gale force winds can be expected to tear through this bay and wreak havoc upon anything not nailed down or rooted*

*it seems that now is as good a time as any to get the group together and get away from the exposed shore.....*

*sees bloke fishing from down the beach and runs toward him*
Hey! Alright, another fisherman! What do you think about Zax's gale force winds? I just stoked up the fires at the other base camp and on the hillside...or would you just rather fish and have lunch?

Hello there! I meant to pop down earlier but I saw that you weren't taking the pills and I have to remain 'on the wall' as it were so I couln't tell you, terribly sorry. By the way, I'm here to interview you, so who wants to go first?

*strolls round a corner, a large bucket of fish behind her*
*there's also a huge grin on her face (which may or may not be from giving MK a rather bad dose of warts*

*takes a seat on the sand and dumps the bucket beside her*
*whips out a knife, and looks lovingly at it, before slicing through a fish in one clean motion and beginning to gut it*
*sings*
If you want to catch a rainbow, come with me

Maybe we will catch a thousand sugar fish
*pauses to slice off the fish's head*
If we catch them they will grant our every wish...

*Sits there, still feeling the after-effects of his illness.*

Perhaps we should work on securing the shelter and everything else nearby. Our food supplies will last for now, and that wind is starting to pick up...

*flicks a finger backwards*
There's a flash of light as ropes tighten, and palms weave together.
Shelter's secure.
Now if you want me to stop the wind, it's gonna take a little more time
*goes back to her fish, pulling out a huge bone with a flourish*

Thank goodness you're here, Tweetie. If you weren't, I might actually have to do some w*rk.

*finishes the last fish, and grins*
It's not like I'm doing anything much.
*smiles*
*collapses from overuse of magick*

*curses loudly*

I just had to open my big mouth, didn't I?

*thinks back to his First Aid training, but cannot remember anything about treating magick overuse. He finally decides to get her in a comfortable position and make sure she was not injured from the fall.*

*shifts gently and moans slightly*
*groans*
*her eyes flutter open and she takes a deep breath*
Ok, what just happened?
I didn't just faint did I?
*groans again and sinks back into the sand*

*flutter of wings
"It's OK, I am here to take care of Tweetie. She helped me when I had a glass of champagne and I'm allergic to it"
G.B. lifts Tweetie and holds her close. Whispers something in her ear.
Archangel Tweetie revives and looks in amazement at G.B.
"You mean???? Oh, thank you, Babe! I have my magic back, everyone!"
G.B. smiles, spreads her wings & flies away

G.B. smiles to herself as she realizes that Big "Evil" Dan owes her one now, as he won't have to w*rk now that Tweetie has got her magic back
Starts thinking up ways he can repay her.......

*wakes, opens one eye, wishes he hadn't, but opens other eye anyway*
Sorry, I just couldn't stay awake. Did the pills work, is everybody feeling OK?

Look at the clouds! That's what my mum calls and angry sky.

I'm still feeling a bit dizzy, but I'm not too bad.

I see somebody's done a good job beefing up the shelter. Are we expecting some rough weather? Like I just said - the sky looks a bit aggro.

The wind is picking up, and it may soon pull a Big Bad Wolf. If only we had some bricks instead of sticks.
