I meant a hero with dark motivations and a lost past whom the audiences love, because he goes about his goodly deeds in a decidedly evilish way. His conscience is too developed, however, for him to truly be a villan. He is just a dark, somewhat reluctant hero.

Ahah ! Caught you out !! Shouldn't the file be Heroes: (Anti-) ?

Certainly not! Due to the nebulous nature of the anti-hero concept, whcih can veer from heroic or villainous identification, it is essential to keep anti-heroes in a specific file (although cross-referenced from both Heroes: Grim 'n' Gritty and Villains: Noble/Well-Intentioned.

Ok! So our next task is to suggest heroes and work out where they should be filed in the newly created filing system.

I'd like to know now that Lost Philosopher has joined us whether the file is Lost: (Philosophers), Lost Philosopher, Hero: Lost Philosopher or Hero: Philosopher (Lost) ?

On the title / name thing I would be interested whether in the case of Major Major from Catch 22 whether he would be categorised as Major: Major or Major: Major ?

I think I can cope, as long as there aren't any heroes called 'The'...
