*puts up a brightly coloured yellow paper saying:
'The campsite is featured on today's (Friday 30 April)!'

A bonfire! Good idea!
Maybe we could make it a... a... *checks dictionary* a 'Dutch treat'(?) Each one brings something to eat, and enough of it to serve several people
*drifts off to get Swedish meatballs*

*returns briefly to ask Itzcotl a question*
Will you start a new conversation for the bonfire, or would you like me to do it?

Past Midsummer, and hardly anyone seems to come to the Campsite these days
Isn't it about time we organised a big 'do' at the Alfresco Bar, perhaps play some loud music and see if we can start up a HooToo Pub Crawl???

Hi, Evangeline! I've been busy with job applications & interviews Just found out 30 mins ago that someone else has been appointed to a job I REALLY REALLY fancied but never mind, I've just spoken (since then) to the HeadTeacher of another school looking for an English/Music combo, so maybe where one door closes ...?????
Shall I tidy up the Bar? And has anyone got a'checklist' of HooToo bars left over after the last Pub Crawl, so we can co-ordinate with others?

Evangeline Posted Jul 14, 2004
Good luck with the interviews and applications.

There can NEVER be a "bad" time for a party!!
Can we try to involve other Virtual Pubs and aim for this coming weekend to set off on a Pub Crawl??

Don't Panic!!!!!!!!!!
My 10-y-o little girl's bessy mate from school has just rung VERY worried .... apparently one of the UK tabloids (neither Sun nor Moon, if that hint helps anyone identify this "impeccable and reliable" source of information ....) has warned us that the long-awaited Transgalactic Highway which resulted in the demolition of Arthur Dent's house is imminent.
They claim a Meteor Shower is due to demolish the Earth next Wednesday.....
Anyone care to join me for a Bye-Bye Boozeup???

Elfrida Posted Nov 12, 2004
Delighted to be back and discover that the meteor shower passed us by

Mardi Gras is February 28, this year.
It's time for the annual parade and party. Musicians, revelers and floats are needed for the parade.
