Hi everyone
Last week I recevied the NHS leaflet on what to do if there is a swine flu pandemic. Now they are saying that it is doubtful that there will be an outbreak now and more like to be around the autumn/winter period but were very vague at what will happen.
There has been a week of revelations about MP's expenses, and it seems like there will be more revelations in the following few days.

And it is us, the poor taxpayer that is lining these fiddling ba*****s
pockets.
If it was you or me it would be a case of 'Mind your Fingers' CLANG as an iron door closes behind us!!!

a cheer for the happy couple, may they live in bliss!
The children and I have secured extra roles in the musical production this summer, The Wind In the Willows. See the Pipedream link on my page, the play is called "det susar i säven" in Swedish.
(Don't you think we need an 'alert' smiley?)

Milla, that's great!
Off to chair a panel at a conference...the organizers were a bit -- disorganized. They neglected to give me the panelists' bios, research interests, or abstracts of the papers. Oh, this is going to be fun. Uh huh.

Burgers and hot dogs, anyone? Lovely day for a backyard barbecue!
Happy day GDZ and J! Let's hope you don't post here for several days because you should be busy doing better things!

Sounds like fun, Milla.
I saw a production of the same thing in my village last year.

I have seen GDZ safely married and on his way to his honeymoon. I haven't slept in over 36 hours and need to pass out. Alas I have no pictures, I forgot to bring a camera.

I'm not watching Eurovision. I'm instead watching 'The Incredable Human Journey' on iPlayer. Which is an amazing documentry about how we evolved, it's awesome.

Good to know the deed is done, Marv!
Me, I was watching the Preakness, which was completely awesome -- the filly Rachel Alexandra won, in front all the way, from the far outside starting position, #13!
