I think it was awesome that they agreed to blob the photos - it's the second time it's happened to me (the first time was the Icehotel entry)

A well deserved front page credit! I just hope I'll get the chance to make one some day.
Although if the ultimate effect of global warming is to plunge us into an ice age I might get more snow than I bargained for
Oh and if any one mentions 'lobster' or any f.o.o.d come to that, could they do it out of Cassie's hearing? I'm beginning to think she's got worms as she is constantly hungry and I only have to think about going in to the kitchen and she is meeeuuwing by her bowl!

Returns to savor a toast to Lil and everybody else. To misquote a cheesey movie line, Lil built it and we came, thankfully it's still here after all that's happened. Enlightening and infuriating in equal measure.
And in a slightly more formal note, something that should be done on all these occasions I think, a toast to absent friends

Good Doctor Zomnker (This must be Tuesday," said GDZ to himself, sinking low over his Dr. Pepper, "I never could get the hang of Tuesdays.") Posted May 4, 2004
1st day of work, here I come!

dElaphant (and Zeppo his dog (and Gummo, Zeppos dog)) - Left my apostrophes at the BBC Posted May 4, 2004
Good luck, GDZ.
To the Atelier and to art, to quizzes and lists, to webjello and adventure, to discussion and friends. To Lil. And to DNA.
/* Loosens his tie */
Funny I don't remember getting all dressed up and didn't even know I owned a tux. And I can't remember how I managed to get the top hat to stay on Zeppo's head, but there it is.

Drat, you mean I was supposed to get dressed up.

Back.. I'm still in the Outer Hebridies!
I've just managed to get hold of a computer... Won't be online tomorrow, I'm shadowing an outreach surgery is a remote area with a good beach ()

A good beach? Isn't it a bit early in the year yet to go bathing? Come to think of it - it was a tradition in my home town to get the first outdoor batch on Valpurgis Eve... never tried it myself, though...

No I'm not going to swim, just to sit and watch waves crashing over rocks on the Altantic coast.
(have written a new pretenious journal entry for those of you that are intrested!)

When is Valpurgis Eve, T?
I was at a beach (two indeed) yesterday out on Anglesey, lovely sunny day all the time, even though we thought it was likely to rain after watching the weather forecast.

Mrs Zen Posted May 4, 2004
OOoooohhh! Z! *jumps up and down with excitement* How's it going?
And a for GDZ with the new job.
Fab show, B4!
By the time I got to work this morning, it was time to leave! Not quite as dramatic as it sounds, I am working about 15 miles out of London, and had an afternoon meeting. By the time I got to where I work, it was not worth going in, so I packed up my stuff and took the train to the centre of the heaving maelstrom of filth and despair that is London.
A busy week is on its way.

Valpurgis - last day of April
This reminds me of an article from a Swedish newspaper that I tried to translate - Valpurgis is when the Winterswedes morph into Summerswedes... A740396
