That's right, FG, just let it go. Let him be the one that gets despondent. Let him feel the loss of a good friend. Let him realize how stupid he was. Let him get mad at himself, and about how trivial his excuse was. Let him be frustrated and end up choking his .
I did *NOT* just say that!...Did I?

FG, it's a pity he didn't serve prairie oysters. Then when you see him you could ask him if he's met someone yet who likes his b***s.
Affy, you're getting careless. Mammoth Cave. We're starting to zero in on your location.
I think you should all imagine me winning the lottery. I can be very generous. I was thinking of an all expense-paid Atelier meetup at the Cannes Film Festival after which we could cruise the Aegean on my new yacht.
B4, may your income grow and your nads not glow.

Cannes? I'd appear in public to get to Cannes!
The mask I'm wearing would make it a bit weird, but I'm sure it wouldn't appear with movie viewing too greatly.
Actually, Mammoth Cave was just an annual vacation that I went on for a few years. I don't live close enough to it that you could actually claim to "zero in" on my location based on that.
But if it helps, I've also been to New York, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Niagra Falls, Orlando, Chicago, Cleveland, and a bunch of other fairly well-known places.

{B4 plots on a map all the points Affy has visited, connects the dots along multiple paths, does some triangulation, and...}
Aha! So *THAT's* where he's...
...or maybe, over here...
{B4 wibbles about, sticking more push-pins into the map board, whips out a Tandy programmable engineering calculator, spends a few moments typing in one formula after another, only to throw the machine across the room in disgust to shatter against the wall.}
There's got to be an easier way!
Hey, Affy?! Where do you live?

I've already tried the direct approach, B4. It didn't work. We'll have to be devious. We know he's in the central time zone. That's a start.

I'd hurry, though. It's possible that I'll be moving within the next year.

Ahem....Affy. I'll need your address so I can send you a travel itinerary.

Affy, are you the Scarlet Pimpernel?
Oh and B4, I'm glad they are keeping tabs on your rads!

Oh, you can just send that to my email address at [email protected] if you've already made the plans.

Ack! Symlpost!
And no, not the Scarlet Pimpernell. But I do play the character "Valkyrie Boy" in an independent film called "Nerd Brigade" if you can track it down.
*Grins inwardly, knowing that this movie won't be released for quite some time to come*

Sorry about what happened FG
It has been warm enought the last couple of nights so, I have slept with my window open. There's nothing like a fresh breeze coming into your room at night.

He attends Valparasio, which is in Indiana. Which narrows it just a bit, don't you think?

And here I thought that Valparaiso was a small town on the panhandle of Florida, near Ft Walton Beach, between Pensacola and Tallahassee...
