If you don't like things sticking in your eyes, Marv, wait until you get a glaucoma test! I was squirming around in my chair trying to get away from the pressure-measuring thingy the optomotrist was trying to use on my eyes. Her mission was to poke me in the retina with it.

I was so optimistic about the day this morning. The customers I was getting weren't the complete dolts I usually get. Then I went to lunch. Now all I get is ppl who should not be allowed to buy a toaster, let alone a computer! I do have something to look forward to tho, my little light at the end of the tunnel: it is friday and I have only 3.5 hours left at work.

Hopefull she wastrying to poke you in the cornea, FG. If she was aiming for your retina no wonder you objected. Last time an ophthalmologist threatened me with one of those I pointed out that i would be unable to control myself and that his machine looked rather expensive and I was sure he wouldn't want it damaged. He changed his mind

The lack of sleep is really getting to me.
I am trying as hard as I can to stay awake, but it is an uphill battle. It would be easier if I had anything at all intersting to do, but I am also so very bored.
