One a fortnight? That can't be right. Either that or a lot of people are not eating chocolate at all . Mind you i went off it last year. I think it was that dreadful medication - the one that gave me spasms.

I hate the lack of advance planning that our 'new' company owner has - this morning I was asked to make a budget for 2004 for 70 hotels - due tomorrow...
...as if that wasn't enough, I'm now told that one of the bosses is going to London tomorrow and would prefer to have a look at it before he leaves - this afternoon!

We're pretty much into average late autumn weather now. A little below freezing in the morning, up in the high fifties (Fahrenheit) by early afternoon. It's a bright sunny morning, and I have a shopping run to do. That will take all morning, getting to Ruidoso and back.
I only seem to eat chocolate at Halloween, any more...
*sits up a little higher in the tub and thumbs through Dick Blick catalogue, wondering how to spend her birthday gift certificate*

According to our weatherman cum prognosticator we're going to have a warmer than average winter with slightly higher than average snowfall. Of course this is the guy who predicts winter weather by breaking open persimmon pits and watching which direction wooly worms take when crossing the road.
Do they still make Mars bars? I haven't seen one for years.
*moves away from Ti's area in hot tub which is starting to boil*

Mars are most definitely still on the market, economies are measured by them. I think I must have dreamt the article though, because I can't find it anywhere.
If the amount is averaged out over the 60 million+ Brits on this little island, 26 Mars Bars per year is making the makers a 'small' fortune!

60?! *checks population density*
Let's see... UK: 245, Sweden: ....
...20!
*cools off in an instant in amazement over the difference*
Uh... sorry Amy - but why not 'personalize' the dinghy while it's still soft?

I was going to say something terribly profound, but I forgot it.

I'm still eating leftover Mars Barslets from the Halloween purchases.
