Daddy when you're young or trying to be endearing or want something
Dad otherwise. Nobody says father except when they're talking to company they don't know very well.
And the same with mother. People say mum, mummy when they're young or...etc. And mam if you're Welsh or called Kat.

Es ist ein guttes Tag zu totten...or something like that.

katkodl Posted Dec 13, 2004
töten - to kill
sterben - to die
"ein guter Tag zum Sterben" - a good day to die
Maybe we should change the subject.
Wasn't there something with Plätzchen and Kekse in Germany?

But for a Klingon like me every day is a good day to die - and probably even a better day to kill

Yeah but I'm the captain (notice my name's Kathryn conveniently) therefore you should not want to fight me. I could throw you in the brig!
