Sorry, Footsie, I've got to do a thing. I'm sure you can get an agency chef, though, and the recipes are easy to follow, most of the prep has been done so it's not too diffcult for someone to pick up.

OK, how about a plate of freshly-steamed Dublin Bay prawns served with a green, white and orange salad (shredded white cabbage with cubed cucumber, finely-chopped spring onions (white and green parts), finely-chopped orange pepper, and halved golden sweetheart tomatoes.
Bogtrotters won 19-3 in the end.
